Every dairy-free sorbet at Midlo Scoops is made from real fruit (not flavoring), water, sugar, and a stabilizer — that's it. Vegan-friendly. We rotate two sorbets daily — usually one bright (raspberry, mango, lemon, blood orange) and one mellow (coconut, dark chocolate, apricot). Gluten-free cones stocked year-round. Always at least one sorbet on the board.
Folks with dairy allergies, lactose intolerance, vegan diets, or kosher-pareve needs come in from Midlothian, Waxahachie, Red Oak, Cedar Hill, Ovilla, and Mansfield because we're the closest dairy-free option for miles. Below: what's in the case, three pickup formats, FAQs.

Yes. Real fruit puree, water, sugar, stabilizer (locust bean gum or pectin). No dairy, no eggs, no honey. We can confirm specific ingredients on request.
Yes — we keep dedicated scoops for sorbet and prep on separate equipment. For severe milk allergies tell us at the counter and we'll re-glove and switch to a sealed pint from the back.

Pre-packaged GF cones stocked year-round, kept separately from regular cones. $0.50 add-on. Cups are always GF.
Yes — 7 days notice, 3-quart minimum. Pick the fruit, we make the sorbet. Common asks: pomegranate, watermelon, basil-strawberry.
Our standard sorbets are sweetened with cane sugar (~16g per scoop). We don't currently offer a keto or sugar-free version. Tell us if there's interest — we add to the request list.
