What's in the case today
We always stock six classics: cookies & cream, cookie dough, mint chocolate chip, strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate. On top of that, we rotate 6–10 specialty flavors that change weekly — seasonal stuff like pumpkin spice in October, peach cobbler in summer, eggnog in December. Folks drive in from Midlothian, Waxahachie, Red Oak, Cedar Hill, Ovilla, and Mansfield for the rotating board. We post Monday's lineup on Sunday night. Below: how the rotation works, three pickup formats, FAQs, and a number to call when you want a specific flavor reserved.

Yes — call ahead. We'll set aside up to a quart so you don't drive in only to find it sold out.
The 6 classics never leave. The specialty board (6–10 flavors) rotates weekly, with seasonal swaps. We typically introduce 1–2 new specialty flavors a week.
Yes — DM us on Instagram or tell us at the counter. The most-requested flavor each month gets put on the case for at least one week.
