Sometimes the easiest way to order is just to call. Pick up the phone, tell us what you need, and our virtual receptionist takes it from there — pies for tomorrow, a party for next weekend, your weekly pint subscription, a quick gift card. The concierge slots your order onto the kitchen calendar, sends you a text confirmation, and the line is gone when you walk in to grab it.

The concierge answers 24 hours a day, every day at (972) 359-3704. So if you remember at 11pm that the birthday is Saturday, no problem. The kitchen will see your ticket the next morning when they open.

Day or night. Our virtual receptionist picks up, says hello, and asks what you need. English or Spanish — your choice.
2. AI confirms + texts you
The concierge reads your order back, locks the pickup time on the kitchen calendar, takes payment if needed, and texts you a confirmation.
3. Walk in, grab, walk out
When you arrive, your name is on the pickup shelf. Pies are boxed and chilled, party kits are packed, gift cards are ready to hand over.

Pick the flavor combo, the message, the candles. Concierge takes the deposit. We start mixing first thing the morning of pickup.
Party catering bookings
Backyard birthday for 25, school field day for 200 — call once, the concierge runs through package questions and slots the date.
Weekly subscription pickups
Every Friday at 5pm, a quart of strawberry and a quart of cookie dough? Tell the concierge once, we keep the standing order on the calendar.
Gift cards by phone
Need a last-minute gift card? Pay over the phone, we email a code, or hold a physical card at the counter for pickup.
Today's flavor / dairy-free check
Quick "what's the flavor of the day?" or "do you have dairy-free today?" — the concierge knows the live rotation and current dairy-free tubs.
Holiday and seasonal pre-orders
Call ahead for 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas pies before we sell out the slots. We open the calendar 30 days in advance.

How late can I call to order ahead?

The virtual receptionist answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Place an order at 2am for tomorrow's pickup. We do recommend at least 24 hours notice for custom 9" pies and 7 days for larger party setups so the kitchen can prep.

Can I modify my order after I place it?

Yes. Call back at (972) 359-3704 and tell the concierge your name or pickup time. As long as the kitchen hasn't started prep, we can change anything. Once a custom pie is mixing, we ask you to honor the original.

What if I don't know what I want yet?

The concierge can read you today's flavor rotation, walk you through party packages, and help you pick a pie style. It's also fine to call, get suggestions, hang up and think it over, and call back later. No pressure to commit on the first call.

Can I pay with a credit card by phone?

Yes. The concierge takes the card securely over the phone for orders that need a deposit — parties, pies, weekly subscriptions. Walk-in pickups under $20 you can just pay at the counter. We never see or store full card numbers; payments run through Stripe.

What languages does the virtual receptionist speak?

English and Spanish. The concierge will switch automatically if you start the call in Spanish, or you can ask at any point during the call.

What if the AI misunderstands my order?

The concierge reads the order back to you before locking it in, and you'll get a text confirmation with every line item. If something's wrong, just say so on the call or text the number back to fix it. A team member also reviews every kitchen ticket before prep starts.
