The concierge answers 24 hours a day, every day at (972) 359-3704. So if you remember at 11pm that the birthday is Saturday, no problem. The kitchen will see your ticket the next morning when they open.
The virtual receptionist answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Place an order at 2am for tomorrow's pickup. We do recommend at least 24 hours notice for custom 9" pies and 7 days for larger party setups so the kitchen can prep.
Yes. Call back at (972) 359-3704 and tell the concierge your name or pickup time. As long as the kitchen hasn't started prep, we can change anything. Once a custom pie is mixing, we ask you to honor the original.
The concierge can read you today's flavor rotation, walk you through party packages, and help you pick a pie style. It's also fine to call, get suggestions, hang up and think it over, and call back later. No pressure to commit on the first call.
Yes. The concierge takes the card securely over the phone for orders that need a deposit — parties, pies, weekly subscriptions. Walk-in pickups under $20 you can just pay at the counter. We never see or store full card numbers; payments run through Stripe.
English and Spanish. The concierge will switch automatically if you start the call in Spanish, or you can ask at any point during the call.
The concierge reads the order back to you before locking it in, and you'll get a text confirmation with every line item. If something's wrong, just say so on the call or text the number back to fix it. A team member also reviews every kitchen ticket before prep starts.
