Custom ice cream pies
Our 9" ice cream pies have a graham or chocolate-cookie crust, two layers of any flavors you pick, hot-fudge swirl, whipped cream rim, and a custom message piped on top. Each pie serves 8 generously, 12 if you slice thin. Birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, retirements — anything that deserves a centerpiece.
We make pies fresh on order across Midlothian, Waxahachie, Red Oak, Cedar Hill, Ovilla, and Mansfield. Standard 24 hours notice; same-day pies sometimes possible if our case isn't booked. Pickup at 101 S 3rd St only — they don't travel well in a car for more than 30 minutes without dry ice.

Standard 24 hours for a single pie. 48 hours if you want gluten-free crust or a dairy-free layer. 5 days for the holiday dozen so we can stage the case.

Pickup only at 101 S 3rd St. Pies don't survive more than 30 minutes in a car without dry ice. We'll happily walk it out to your car.
Yes — gluten-free crust with 48 hours notice; any of our daily dairy-free sorbets can sub in for one or both layers. Tell us when you order.
$15 non-refundable on single pies (covers our prep). Full payment on holiday dozens, refundable up to 72 hours before pickup.
Yes — up to 30 characters, any color we have in stock (pink, blue, green, red, yellow, white, chocolate). Tell us at order time.
