Eight years of feeding Midlothian the way we feed our own — and now we'll bring it to your event. Fresh-cut fajitas off the grill, taco bars built in front of your guests, queso that doesn't congeal, margaritas mixed on-site (where allowed). Whatever you're hosting, we've fed a room like it before.

We cater across Midlothian, Waxahachie, Red Oak, Cedar Hill, Ovilla, and Mansfield. Minimum 10 guests, no upper limit. Below: what's included, three popular packages, FAQs, and a number to call when you're ready.

What's included

Everything you need for the event.

Fresh-from-the-kitchen food
Everything is cooked the morning of, packed hot, and held in chafing dishes for up to 2 hours. Nothing reheated from yesterday.
Chafing dishes & serveware
We bring chafers, sterno, serving spoons, plates, cutlery, and napkins. Compostable disposables standard, real plates available on request.
Salsas, sauces, and add-ons
Mild and hot salsa, our roasted-tomato sauce, sour cream, guacamole (priced per head), pickled jalapeños — all set up at a sauce station.
Setup + breakdown
One of our team arrives 30 minutes before service, sets up, and packs everything down at the end. You don't lift a chafer.
Tortilla warmer station
Flour and corn tortillas kept warm in cloth-lined warmers, refilled throughout service.
Allergy-aware labeling
Tell us at booking — every dish gets a printed card noting gluten, dairy, nuts, and pork. Vegan and vegetarian platters available.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 7 days for drop-off, 14 days for full-service. Big events (100+ guests) we recommend 21 days. Same-week is sometimes possible — call (972) 472-2601 and ask.

How many guests can you cater?

Minimum is 10 guests for drop-off, 25 for full-service. We've fed everything from a 12-person office lunch up to a 200-guest quinceañera. No upper limit — we just bring more staff and more food.

Do you cater outside Midlothian?

Yes. We regularly cater in Waxahachie, Red Oak, Cedar Hill, Ovilla, and Mansfield. A small travel fee applies past 15 miles from our 1000 George Hopper Rd location.

Can you do vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free?

Yes — vegetarian and vegan platters are on every catering menu, and we cook gluten-free as standard (corn tortillas, no flour-based marinades). Tell us at booking and every dish gets an allergy card.

What's the deposit and cancellation policy?

30% deposit holds your date. Reschedule free up to 72 hours out; inside 72 hours we keep the deposit unless we can re-book the slot.

Can you do margaritas at our event?

Yes — at private venues with proper permits, we bring a margarita station with frozen and on-the-rocks. Public/dry venues we provide non-alcoholic agua frescas instead. Talk to us about your venue.
