Minimum is 10 guests for drop-off, 25 for full-service. We've fed everything from a 12-person office lunch up to a 200-guest quinceañera. No upper limit — we just bring more staff and more food.
Yes. We regularly cater in Waxahachie, Red Oak, Cedar Hill, Ovilla, and Mansfield. A small travel fee applies past 15 miles from our 1000 George Hopper Rd location.
Yes — vegetarian and vegan platters are on every catering menu, and we cook gluten-free as standard (corn tortillas, no flour-based marinades). Tell us at booking and every dish gets an allergy card.
30% deposit holds your date. Reschedule free up to 72 hours out; inside 72 hours we keep the deposit unless we can re-book the slot.
Yes — at private venues with proper permits, we bring a margarita station with frozen and on-the-rocks. Public/dry venues we provide non-alcoholic agua frescas instead. Talk to us about your venue.
