Yes, with the right venue and permits. We bring a portable propane grill, a vent hood for indoors (limited venues), and two cooks. Outdoor venues are easiest.
Yes — we plate at a back-of-house station and our server runs trays. Best for groups 25 to 60 and venues with a kitchen prep area.
