We work with your church hall, banquet hall, backyard tent, or favorite venue. We coordinate with your DJ, photographer, and decorator so the food service runs alongside the toasts, the dances, and the cake. 75 guest minimum.

Yes — once a deposit is on the calendar, we do a tasting for up to 4 family members at the restaurant. Free of charge for booked events.
Yes — we cater at every Catholic and non-denominational church hall in Ellis County. We bring everything we need; just confirm with your venue that outside catering is allowed.
We don't bake cakes ourselves, but we coordinate with your baker on timing and table setup. We cut and serve the cake at no extra charge.
We don't hold a liquor license, but we provide non-alcoholic agua frescas (horchata, jamaica, tamarindo) and coordinate with your bartender on glass and ice.
Both are easy — vegetarian platter is built into every package, vegan on request. Allergy cards label every dish so guests don't have to ask.
