We work with your venue, your planner, and your florist on timing and table flow. We've staffed weddings from 50 guests in a backyard to 250 at the country club, and we bring the same care to every one.

Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and major allergy plates standard. Send us your guest dietary mix 30 days out and we'll plate accordingly.
We don't hold a liquor license, so we don't bring alcohol — but we coordinate with your bar service on glass count, ice, and timing. We provide non-alcoholic agua frescas if you want them.
We don't bake — but we cut, plate, and serve your cake at no extra charge. We coordinate with your baker on table setup and timing.
Yes — most outdoor weddings around here we've already done. We bring chafers, sterno, prep tables, and a portable handwash station. Your venue just needs power and water access.
