Office summer cookouts, customer-appreciation days, sales-team kickoffs, end-of-quarter parties — we roll up the freezer, set up under your awning or in your break room, and scoop hand-dipped ice cream for your people. Branded cup sleeves available for customer-facing events.

What we bring to the office.

On-site server
One of our team scoops the entire event. Indoor break-room or outdoor parking-lot tent — we set up wherever works.
3–5 flavors
Pick from our weekly rotation plus the always-stocked classics. Cookies & cream + cookie dough never miss with adult crowds.
Toppings bar (optional)
Up to 8 toppings — hot fudge, caramel, sprinkles, crushed Oreo, candy bar pieces. Or skip and just do scoops.
Branded cup sleeves
For customer-appreciation events: your logo on a kraft sleeve around each cup. 7-day notice for the print run.
Compostable serveware + tables
Bowls, spoons, napkins. Two 6-ft fold tables with white linen. Pack-out included.
Net-30 invoicing
Standard for corporate accounts. We accept POs, ACH, credit card. W-9 on file ready to send.

Do you accept corporate POs?

Yes — Net-30 invoicing is standard. We accept POs, ACH, and credit card. W-9 on file.

How much notice do I need?

10–14 days for unbranded events. 21 days if you want branded cup sleeves with your logo (7 days for the print run alone).

Indoor or outdoor — does it matter to you?

Either works. Indoor break room, outdoor parking lot, lobby, conference center — we adapt. We just need one outlet within 50 ft and a flat spot for two 6-ft tables.

Can you do branded cup sleeves with our logo?

Yes — kraft sleeves printed with your logo, $1.50/cup add-on. Send us your logo file and we run the print 7+ days before the event.

Dairy-free or allergen options?

Yes — at least one dairy-free sorbet always on the bar, every tub labeled. Gluten-free cones available.

Deposit and cancellation policy?

Corporate accounts with PO: no deposit, free cancellation up to 48 hours out. Card-paid: 30% deposit, refundable up to 7 days out.
