We work with schools across Midlothian, Waxahachie, Red Oak, Cedar Hill, Ovilla, and Mansfield on PTA fundraisers (we donate a % per scoop), teacher appreciation week, kindergarten graduations, end-of-STAAR celebrations, field days, and read-a-thons. Our crew brings freezers and serves on-site so cafeteria staff doesn't lift a finger.
Pricing is per-student, billed by headcount on the day. We accept POs and split-payment between PTA and admin. Minimum 25 students, no upper limit — we've done full elementary days at 600+ kids with two stations and four servers.

On fundraiser nights, we donate 10% of total scoops sold back to the PTA. We provide a check or you can have us invoice your booster club; your call.
One server moves about 100 kids in 25 minutes. For tighter periods or larger schools we add a second server and a second freezer.
Every tub labeled at the line. Always one dairy-free sorbet on the menu. Tell us about specific allergies at booking and we'll bring labeled options.
No deposit for school accounts with PO. Cancellation up to 24 hours before the event with no fee.
