Successful restaurant interior with chefs working at a hibachi grill
Franchising · Own a Hibachio

Bring fast-casual hibachi to your hometown.

Hibachio is a family-run, fast-casual hibachi concept built around three ideas: real flames (every order on a 400° flat-top), made-to-order (nothing held under a heat lamp), and AI-powered ordering (a chat concierge that runs the front-of-house).

We started in Midlothian, TX, opened Waxahachie two years later, and have Red Oak coming next. We're now opening franchise inquiries to qualified operators in North Texas and surrounding markets. Below: what we look for in a partner, the model, and how to get a conversation started.

What you get

Built the Hibachio way.

Proven fast-casual model
Two operating locations. Same menu, same kitchen layout, same AI ordering stack — built to replicate.
Virtual receptionist included
Our in-house virtual receptionist takes orders, handles allergies, remembers customers, and reduces front-of-house labor. Yours from day one.
Real flat-top, not a steam-table chain
Hibachio is a real cooking concept — flat-top grills, open kitchens, daily-fresh proteins. Not a frozen-bag warmup.
Tight menu, fast cook times
76 items, 3–5 minute cook times, six core proteins. Designed for high throughput at lunch and dinner.
Hiring + training playbook
We hire for attitude, train for skill — full playbook on hiring cashiers, line cooks, and sushi rollers.
Marketing + tech support
Logo, brand assets, the AI ordering stack, the website template — all licensed. You bring the operator energy.

Frequently asked

Everything else you might want to know.

What kind of operator are you looking for?

Folks who've run a restaurant before — managed a kitchen, made payroll, lived through a Saturday rush. Capital matters, but so does grit and customer-first attitude. We're a small brand; we'll only sign partners we'd hire.

What's the typical investment range?

Build-out, equipment, brand fees, working capital — we walk through the full number on the discovery call. {TODO: confirm published franchise fee + total investment range for FDD}

What markets are you opening?

North Texas first — DFW metro, Waxahachie/Ennis corridor, Burleson, Cleburne, Granbury area. Considering Austin and Houston for 2027+ if the right operator surfaces.

How long does training take?

Eight weeks: two weeks at Midlothian, two weeks at Waxahachie, two weeks of operations + finance, two weeks of opening prep at your site. We send our team to your launch.

Do I get exclusivity in my market?

Yes — protected territory radius around your shop. Specific radius depends on market density and is in the FDD.

How do I start?

Open the chat on this site and ask about franchising — the AI will route you to the founders. Or call (469) 336-7689.

Ready to order?

Skip the line — order with the virtual receptionist, pay through chat, walk in and grab your bag.
