At our 402 East Main Street location in downtown Midlothian, every hibachi order hits a 400° flat-top grill the moment you place it. Chicken, steak, shrimp, scallops, salmon, or veggie — your protein, your sauce, your sides — built fresh, never reheated, never frozen.

We serve Midlothian neighbors and folks driving in from Waxahachie, Red Oak, Cedar Hill, Ovilla, and Mansfield. Pickup runs through our virtual receptionist so you skip the line, and dine-in seating is open seven days a week. Real flat-top heat
Every order cooks on a 400° flat-top — the same hardware a hibachi house uses, run by the same hands every shift.
Cooked the moment you order
Nothing sits under a heat lamp. From the time you place your order, your bowl is in your hands in 3–5 minutes.
Six proteins to pick from
Chicken, sirloin steak, shrimp, scallops, salmon, or grilled veggie. Mix any two on a combo, or stack four on the Emperor's Bowl.
House sauces, made in-shop
Yum yum, ginger, teriyaki, sweet chili, sriracha mayo. Served on the side, never overcooked into the dish.
Fried rice or steamed
Fried rice cooked on the same flat-top with egg, scallions, and soy. Or swap to plain steamed if you'd rather keep it light.
Veggie sides
Zucchini, onion, mushroom, broccoli, and carrot — flash-grilled with garlic butter and a touch of soy.

Is this the same hibachi I'd get at a sit-down place?

Same flat-top, same technique, same proteins — without the 90-minute wait or the per-person cover. We just skip the onion-volcano show so you can grab and go.

How long does an order take?

3–5 minutes from the time you order to the time it's bagged. The flat-top is hot all day; we don't pre-cook anything.

Can I order ahead so it's ready when I get there?

Yes — open the virtual receptionist on this site (the red "Order Now" button), tell it your pickup time, and we'll have it bagged when you walk in.

Do you cater large orders?

Off-site catering isn't part of our standard service today — but large pickup orders (10+ bowls) are no problem if you call ahead by 30 minutes. {TODO: confirm full catering availability}

What's gluten-free / dairy-free / low-carb?

Most proteins on plain steamed rice with no soy sauce are GF. Skip the yum yum (contains dairy) for DF. Sub extra veggies for rice for low-carb. Tell us when you order.

Do you take walk-ins?

Always. Order at the counter or scan the QR for the virtual receptionist while you wait. Mon–Thu 11–9, Fri–Sat 11–10, Sun 11:30–9.
