Hibachio is a family-run, fast-casual hibachi spot with kitchens at 402 East Main Street in Midlothian and 503 N Highway 77 in Waxahachie. We grill chicken, steak, shrimp, scallops, salmon and veggies on a 400° flat-top, roll fresh sushi to order, and serve teriyaki bowls and hibachi-style fried rice across Midlothian, Waxahachie, Red Oak, Cedar Hill, Mansfield, and Ovilla.
