Our sushi roller starts each shift cutting fresh, never from a tray that was sliced at lunch and held until dinner. Avocado is sliced when your roll hits the bamboo mat, the rice is seasoned daily, and the spicy mayo is house-mixed every morning.

Is the fish fresh or frozen?

We use sushi-grade fish from a North Texas seafood distributor — flash-frozen at sea (which is the FDA-required standard for raw service) and thawed in-shop daily. Same supply chain every legitimate sushi spot in DFW uses.

Can I order rolls without raw fish?

Yes — California (crab, avocado, cucumber), Crunchy Shrimp (cooked), Veggie Tempura, and most build-your-owns are fully cooked or veg-only.

How long does a sushi order take?

About 5–7 minutes per roll. Combo orders (roll + hibachi) are bagged together when both finish, usually 6–7 minutes total.

Do you deliver?

Pickup only from our website + virtual receptionist. Third-party delivery (DoorDash, Uber Eats) varies by location. {TODO: confirm current delivery partners}

Is there a kids' sushi option?

California rolls and the Crunchy Shrimp are kid-favorites — both fully cooked, both mild. Add a kid-portion of edamame for $2.

Can I get gluten-free soy sauce?

Tamari is available on request — let the team know when you order. Most rolls are GF if you skip the eel sauce.
